SLEEP TRACKER APPLICATION
This project focused on how users interact with digital data. An existing sleep application was tested against a new design, both interfaces catering for different types of users. The test asked participants to use the designs when tracking their sleep over the course of 3 day periods.

The results of these tests then influenced a final design that was made to cater for both user types.
Testing
The interface on the left was my newly proposed design that considered using visual elements to portray good/bad sleep with associated facts. The interface on the right was an existing interface that utilised raw data from someone's sleep. These two interfaces were tested against one another. Participants tracked their sleep for 3 days using both interfaces, leading to satisfaction evaluations on each UI and post-test interviews to determine what type of interface was better.
The Solution
As the two UI's catered for different end users, both elements were blended together. The final design had a landing page that gave the individual concise information about their sleep. If the user wanted more insights they could swipe to the next page to uncover additional data.
The Outcome
This demonstration shows how the application would be used.
